The managing Director and the chief executive officer Naval building and construction company limited Rear Admiral BH Sabo has charged a newly promoted senior officers to redouble their efforts for the betterment of their services to the Nigerian Navy, Rear Admiral Sabo made this known on Monday 8 July 2025 while decorating a newly promoted senior officer Lieutenant Commander BD Badmus at Naval building and construction company limited briefing room.

The MD also advised the officers to dedicate themselves to serve their fatherland. During the decoration ceremony the MD was assisted by the spouse of the newly promoted officer mrs Badmus. Highlights of the event was the group photograph with the principal staff officers of the NBCCL.

In his remark the newly decorated Lieutenant Commander Badmus thanked the chief of the Naval staff Vice Admiral IE Ogalla for finding him worthy to be prompted with the amiable ranks of Lieutenant Commander.
