The Naval Building and Construction Company Limited (NBCCL) formerly known as the Nigerian Navy Post Service Housing Scheme (NNPSHS) was established in 2005 and became operational in 2009. The company has since then been able to assemble a team of experienced, resourceful and highly professional Nigerian Navy Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Town/Urban Planners, Engineers, Estate Surveyors and Project Managers to engage in construction works.
The Management has made significant efforts in the construction, infrastructural development and supervision of works at the Admiralty Estate, Navy Town Asokoro, Navy Estate Karshi Phase I, II, and III, Galadimawa and Enugu. The company has completed over 1000 housing units in Karshi Phase I which is fully developed and about 90 per cent of residents are currently residing in the estate. The Karshi phase II, III and the Asokoro Housing Estates are all ongoing. There are plans for future development in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Uyo.
